BENEFITS The benefits of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine include: * Relief of Specific Conditions * Pain Relief * Stress Management * Preventative Treatment * Promotes Feelings of Well-Being * Increases Energy Levels * Peace of Mind * Aids Restful Sleep * Improves Digestion * Relaxation FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS FIRST VISIT: WHAT WILL HAPPEN? Your first visit will be
longer than subsequent sessions. HOW WILL I FEEL? The needles used in Acupuncture
are very fine and most people do not feel the needle being inserted. HOW OFTEN WILL I NEED TREATMENT? Each patient is unique. Sometimes the effects of treatments are dramatic and only one or two treatments are required. With other patients, the effects are more subtle and a longer course of treatment may be necessary. This will be discussed with you onyour first visit, when a treatment plan will be agreed between you and your practitioner. As improvement occurs, treatments are less frequent but will be weekly at first where possible. SHOULD MY DOCTOR KNOW? If you are receiving treatment
from your doctor, feel free to inform him or her that you are having
Acupuncture or Chinese Herbal Medicine. IS IT SAFE? Practitioners are bound
by the British Acupuncture Council's Code of Ethics and Code of Practice,
which lay down stringent standards of hygeine and practice. All needles
used are sterile and single - use. ACUPUNCTURE MAY HELP....
