After your initial, in depth consultation, our Homeopath, Sara Rutherford, will tailor your homeopathic remedies to your characteristics as an individual, and not just match them to your ‘dis-ease’, working with you to restore your health and natural sense of well being.

How do Homeopathic remedies work?

Homeopathic remedies work by stimulating your body’s own natural healing powers.

This encourages your own system to regenerate itself, which will restore inner harmony and balance.

The chosen remedy will reflect the same symptoms as your illness, thereby strengthening the body’s own immune response and curing the illness or imbalance naturally.

Because the body is already actively trying to heal itself, only a minute stimulus is required to complete the healing process.

The approach is to cure with the minimum amount of medicine and the minimum amount of intervention.

All homeopathic remedies are non-toxic, which makes them suitable for everyone, from babies and children to pregnant and nursing mothers to the elderly and infirm.

WHAT HAPPENS DURING A CONSULTATION?

Your consultation takes place in a relaxed, safe environment and is always confidential.

The initial consultation lasts for about one hour and a half.

During this time, the focus will be on you and your needs.

Within your initial consultation your homeopath will discuss with you any concerns you may have about your health, lifestyle or life circumstances and explore your medical history, as well as that of your family members.

This information will help your homeopath to select the most appropriate treatment plan for you.
